Most operators arrive with some of this already running and want it kept. Some arrive with a lot and a gate and nothing else. Core works the same either way: it integrates with what exists through APIs, and supplies the missing pieces from its own products where there is nothing to integrate with.

How a stay moves through Core
From plate read to closed stay
Read
A camera reads the plate and identifies the vehicle. Core opens the stay and attaches the image.
Decide
Permit, validation, reservation or pay-as-you-go — Core applies the rule and, at a gated lane, opens the arm.
Price
Duration accrues against the tariff for that zone and time. Rate changes apply instantly.
Close and reconcile
The exit read closes the stay; the payment is matched to it. The record is complete before the car reaches the street.

Can I manage several lots from one login?
Yes. Each site appears in the same dashboard with its own lanes, devices and tariffs. Local staff see their site; head office sees all of them.
Does it integrate with our accounting or hotel system?
Core exports CSV and PDF, exposes a REST API, and connects to ERP and accounting platforms and to hotel property management systems including Oracle OPERA Cloud.
Is Core sold separately from the hardware?
No. Core is the platform every NoctoPark system runs on and comes with each deployment, along with configuration, training and support.
