NoctoPark, powered by Noctoptics
Partner program

Install the parking systems, keep the sites

NoctoPark is designed, built and supported in Laval. It is installed by certified partners — the security installers and integrators who already pull cable, mount cameras and service access control in their region. If that is your business, this is recurring work that fits what you already do.

How the work divides

You install and service. We design and support.

NoctoPark does not install. That is deliberate — sites are won and kept by people who can be there the same day. The split below is the same on every project, so you always know which part is yours.

The partner

  • Site survey and cable paths, with us
  • Mounting cameras, gates, stations and intercoms
  • Wiring, power and network to the lane
  • Commissioning and calibration against the design
  • First-line service calls and preventive maintenance
  • The customer relationship on the ground

NoctoPark

  • Lane and bay design, camera layout, sightlines
  • Hardware supply
  • Core configuration: tariffs, permits, validations
  • Remote activation and system testing
  • Second-line technical support, escalated from you
  • Software updates and platform monitoring

Why partners take it on

What certification is worth

Work that recurs

A parking site is not a one-time install. Lanes get added, tariffs change, a barrier gets hit by a truck. The partner who commissioned the site is the one who services it.

Training and certification

Hands-on training on cameras, gates, stations and Core, ending in a certification that lets you commission on your own.

Technical backup

You are never alone on a lane. Our team is reachable during commissioning and takes escalations from you afterwards, with the site's own data in front of them.

Hardware through Noctoptics

NoctoPark is a Noctoptics product, so partner accounts buy through the same distributor that already supplies cameras, NVRs and access control.

Design support on your bids

Send us a site plan and we will come back with a lane layout and camera positions you can quote from — before you have won anything.

Your brand on it

White-labelling is available to certified partners: the system goes out under your name, with our platform behind it.

Getting certified

Four steps, and none of them take a quarter

1

Tell us about your business

What you install today, which region you cover, and how many technicians you can put on a site. A short conversation, not a form to fill in triplicate.

One call
2

Training

Cameras, gates, stations, intercoms and Core — what each does, how they are wired, how they are calibrated, and what goes wrong. Delivered with us, on equipment, not slides.

Scheduled with you
3

Your first site, together

We design it, you install it, and we are with you through commissioning. You finish it knowing exactly how the next one goes.

One project
4

Certified

You commission on your own, you are listed as the partner for your region, and you are who we send work to when it lands there.

Who this fits

The businesses already doing most of this

Security installers

You already mount cameras and run cable. Parking is the same trade with a barrier and a payment station attached.

Access control integrators

Readers, credentials, gates, controllers. Plate recognition replaces the credential; the rest you know.

Low-voltage and networking contractors

Lanes need power, network and enclosures. If you already build that, the rest is training.

Parking operators with in-house crews

Some operators would rather service their own sites. Certification is open to you too.

The arrangement

What you bring, and what you get

What you bring

Nothing exotic. Most of it you already have if you install security or access control.

Credentials

  • Licensed and insured for low-voltage work in your jurisdiction

Capacity

  • Technicians who can reach a site the same or next day
  • A service region you are willing to cover
  • Room to hold basic spares for your sites

Commitment

  • Training and one supervised first install
  • Servicing the sites you commission

What's on the table

Three things partners ask about first. Two have answers now; the third depends on where you are.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do I need parking experience?

No. Most partners come from security or access control. If you can mount a camera, pull cable to a lane and terminate it properly, the parking-specific part is what the training covers.

Who owns the customer?

You hold the relationship on the ground — you installed it, you service it. We hold the platform relationship and support it. Neither of us goes around the other.

What happens when something breaks at 7 AM?

The site calls you, because you are the one who can be there. If it is the platform rather than the hardware, it escalates to us and we work it with you, with the site's own data in front of us.

Can I sell it under my own brand?

Yes. White-labelling is available to certified partners — the system goes out under your brand, with our platform behind it. Regional exclusivity may also be available depending on the territory and what you can cover; ask early, because it is easier to agree before a region has more than one partner in it.

Do you compete with your partners?

NoctoPark does not install. If we are talking to an operator in your region, you are who we bring in.
