Parking as a competitive advantage

Ski resorts, golf resorts, amusement and theme parks, waterparks and national parks all face the same shape of problem — thousands of vehicles in a short arrival window, and a guest experience that starts in the parking lot. The same platform, configured per destination.

The challenges

The parking lot is the first bottleneck your guest encounters

01

Congestion

Thousands of vehicles in a short window, on the days that matter most.

02

Lost revenue

Premium spots, reservations and dynamic rates go unsold without the system to sell them.

03

Limited capacity

Overflow lots fill, and there's no live picture of where space is left.

04

Staffing pressure

Peak days need attendants at every entrance; quiet days don't.

05

Guest frustration

The visit starts in the lot, and a bad start is remembered.

06

Poor visibility

Without real-time data, decisions about capacity and pricing are made too late.

The business value

Increase revenue. Improve the guest experience. Reduce operational cost.

01

Paid, premium and VIP parking

Treat parking as an active revenue stream — the spaces near the lift priced for what they're worth.

02

Online reservations and prepaid parking

Sell the powder-day space in advance, and hold it to the plate that bought it.

03

Rates by season, day, time or zone

A holiday Saturday and a Wednesday in March are different products.

04

Ticketless, plate-based entry

Nothing to search for, nothing to hand over — faster in, easier out.

05

Real-time availability

Guests see space from the moment they arrive; operators see it before that.

06

Less on-site parking staff

Automated entry, exit and payment absorb the peaks that used to need overtime.

How the technology works

Questions

Frequently asked

Can guests reserve parking for a peak weekend?

Yes. Reservations and prepaid parking can be opened for the days you choose, and each reservation is held to the plate that bought it.

How do you price the spaces nearest the lifts or the gate?

As a premium zone with its own rate, by season, day, time or zone. Access is enforced by plate, so the zone stays for the guests who paid for it.

Does it work in snow?

Vehicle physical characteristics are captured alongside the plate at every entry, so identification holds when a plate is snow-covered, damaged or temporary.

Who installs it?

A certified NoctoPark partner in your region installs and calibrates; NoctoPark designs the layout, activates the system and supports it.
